Composing a New Behavior

I found this code a bit difficult because before I didn’t read the instructions I saw I needed to use 3 left turns to turn right.But I really enjoyed it because when the code all came together I was proud of myself.And I overcame it when I checked that I had to not write the code but be patient to appear in the bar.At sometimes I found it easy but sometimes not so easy because it depends how you look at the code and not over think it.I enjoy swift playground because it gives you a beautiful 3D picture.And I wouldn’t of finished this code without hints from Mrs Louw.It was a nice code I enjoyed it because a was a few lines of code.

My name is Thembisa and I am 11 years old I live in Dunoon.

I woke  up at 4:00 am in the morning just to go to school then I realized I have no shoes I sometimes cut my feet on glass so I would love to have some shoes. But when I get to school first thing in the morning I enjoy playing soccer with my friends. Me and my class of 16 sit on the floor and work on the floor it would be much easier if we all had chairs. When we play our sport there is no grass but we still have the best time playing. At school we don’t have stationary to write with it would be amazing to have stationary.

It would make my life better if we had a house made out of proper materials because it gets  extremely windy and our house falls apart. Where I live we don’t have proper toilets and there are lots of little kids that fall inside and don’t come out it would be nice if we had proper toilets. Today my mom and I go get water but the queue was so long and we had to carry the water back and it would be easier if we had water in our house. Our houses are so close to together we can hear all the conversations.

In our area there is no electricity so I go and sit under a street lamp I wish we had electricity. If we had electricity then we don’t have to go to a street lamp and do my homework.

My mother takes in children who parents die from HIV and my mother does not have a lot of

 money and she has to feed all of us and there is never food left for me and I go to bed with and empty stomach. I wish my mom could get a job it would be much better for all of us.At my house there is a lot of chaos everyone is fighting and sometimes I wish there was peace and quiet.

The Singing Inspector

A few days ago the awful singing expector Mr.Raymond came.And he was wearing humongous knickerbockers and the darkest brown stockings.His face was the size of a soccer ball and he has eyes like...like big fat blueberries!! I certainly do not  like this man.After he came into the room we could all feel chills on our spins.He called Jack Long and Paulus who does exams and no singing.We started to singing exercises.

He called me and Charles first.I don’t know any song whatsoever and then Mr.Raymond got furious and said “you don’t even know blue bells of Scotland or minstrel boy””WHAT CAN YOU SING!!!”I can sing pretty polly Charles said I also can sing pretty Polly.we both sang it in a terrible high pitch voice.

The Butterfly Lion

Hello my name is Julia im in  grade 4.My class and I is reading The Butterfly Lion its full of emotions,there is happy sad all of those emotions its also very inspiring it teaches us all a lesson.Its gets joyful and then all of a sodon its gets a bit sad.Bertie is my favorite he is so brave if you read the story you will know what I mean.I was so alarmed when he found his lion.I was also thrilled when the lion was still alive.

Grade 4 camp

Two weeks ago we were on camp. we went to Giraffe House.
We saw Giraffes,llamas,zebras and spiders lots of other animals to.There was a man that gave s a lesson about animals We went to go get our snack we eat and also got ice cream! So we went back on the bus and we drove  bit and finely were at the Simonsberg camp.
 We at our rooms I was in room 7.We went swimming.At night we went on a night  hike I was waking with Alon and Micaela.We eat dinner and went to sleep.The next morning I ate breackfast and my team and I went to the obstacle course it was a bit hard.Then we went to do the mud pit I loved that.
